Pirelli a Milano cerca uno/a stagista per il team Marketing, focalizzato sull'automazione dei report e sulla data analytics. Lavorerai con dati di vendita e marketing per trasformarli in insight operativi. Sarai guidato da un tutor e svilupperai dashboard, algoritmi e strumenti di forecasting.

È un'opportunità internazionale e di sviluppo professionale all'interno di un gruppo globale. Richiesta laurea in ingegneria gestionale, analytics o economics, conoscenza Excel, Power BI e inglese;

Qualifications

• Laurea preferita in Ingegneria Gestionale, Analytics o Economia o campo correlato.
• Fluente in italiano e buon inglese, scritto e parlato.
• Ottima conoscenza di Excel; familiarità con Power BI/Power Query/VBA/SQL o strumenti di automazione è un plus.
• Spirito analitico, problem solving, attenzione ai dettagli, proattività, orientamento al lavoro di squadra e buone capacità comunicative.
• Interesse per decisioni guidate dai dati, ottimizzazione di processi e analisi delle performance aziendali.

Responsibilities

• Supportare l'automazione e l'ottimizzazione di report di vendita e marketing, migliorando efficienza, precisione e accesso ai dati.
• Sviluppare nuovi algoritmi e strumenti per migliorare i processi di forecasting.
• Progettare e mantenere dashboard e strumenti di reporting per monitorare metriche chiave.
• Collaborare con team trasversali, tra Marketing e Sales, per migliorare flussi di dati e processi di reporting.
• Sfruttare Excel e strumenti di BI per creare soluzioni di reporting scalabili.
• Acquisire comprensione delle dinamiche commerciali e delle pratiche di business intelligence.

In this role, you will support the automation and optimization of sales and marketing reporting and analysis activities. Working closely with other business functions, you will gain hands‑on experience in transforming complex data into actionable insights, contributing to the development of advanced sales forecasting systems and improving operational reporting efficiency through digital tools and process innovation. WHAT YOU WILL LEARN As part of your journey and under the guidance of your dedicated tutor, you will:

• Support the automation and optimization of sales and marketing reports, improving efficiency, accuracy, and data accessibility
• Develop new algorithms and tools to improve forecasting processes
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to facilitate the monitoring of key business metrics
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Marketing and Sales, to improve data flows and reporting processes
• Leverage digital tools and advanced Excel functionalities to simplify data management and create scalable reporting solutions
• Develop a solid understanding of commercial dynamics, marketing performance measurement, and business intelligence practices

The Internship may also offer the opportunity to carry out an experimental thesis on the topic.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Degree: preferably in Management Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, or related fields
• Language: fluent Italian and good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Technical/Specific Skills: excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, Power BI, Power Query, VBA, SQL, or other automation tools will be considered a plus
• Soft Skills: strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving attitude, attention to detail, proactive approach, organizational skills, teamwork orientation, and effective communication abilities
• Interest in data‑driven decision‑making, process optimization, and business performance analysis
