Job summary

Pirelli & C. S.p.A. is offering an Internship - Marketing Analyst Mercato Italia in Milano. You will join the Italy Car Marketing Team and actively contribute to promotional initiatives, gaining exposure to commercial dynamics and cross-functional collaboration.

From day one you will develop analytical skills, learn to apply data-driven marketing levers, and support sales with market insights while interacting with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Management Engineering or related field.
• Good knowledge of English and Italian (spoken and written).
• Excellent Excel knowledge and Office package proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply quantitative analysis to design, monitor, and evaluate marketing initiatives.
• Support the commercial team by helping implement marketing levers to maximise impact.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

As part of your journey and under the guidance of your dedicated tutor, you will:

• Develop and apply quantitative analysis to design, monitor, and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives
• Support the commercial team by helping them understand and implement marketing levers, with the aim of maximizing impact and business results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure the successful execution of promotional activities.
• Use digital tools to manage data and extract meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making and prepare detailed presentations for management.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Degree: preferably in Business, Marketing, Management Engineering, or related fields.
• Language: good knowledge of spoken and written English and Italian.
• Technical/Specific Skills: excellent knowledge of Office package, particularly Excel.
• Soft Skills: initiative, analytical and organizational skills, teamwork orientation, and strong communication and relational abilities. Passion for automotive industry would be a plus.
