Pirelli & C. S.p.A. in Milano offers an Internship as Safety and Ergonomics Specialist within the HSE function. You will help improve safety and ergonomics by creating procedures, conducting risk assessments, delivering trainings, and collaborating with site teams.

This internship provides hands-on experience, with potential for an experimental thesis, and a chance to grow in a fast-paced, international tire industry environment.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering or technical/scientific studies.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Very good knowledge of Office and database management.
• Comprehensive knowledge about Safety regulations, related standards and best practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Redact Corporate Procedures and implementing Ergonomics Risk reduction programs.
• Conduct training sessions on Technical Safety matters.
• Analyze HSE-related data and support Pirelli sites in adopting technical and organizational validated solutions using digital tools.
• Deploying Risk Assessment-driven processes.
• Development of a structured approach to identify, classify and monitor Serious Injury & Fatality (SIF) events, contributing to continuous improvement of safety management processes.

What You Will Learn

You will support your tutor in:

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Engineering, Technical or Scientific studies (such as Tecniche della prevenzione nell’ambiente e nei luoghi di lavoro, Ingegneria per la sicurezza del lavoro e dell’ambiente, Ingegneria della prevenzione e della sicurezza nell’industria di processo).
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Very good knowledge of Office and database management.
• Comprehensive knowledge about Safety (Machineries, Ergonomics, etc…) regulation, related standard and best practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
