Pirelli invites a motivated intern to join the HSE function as an Internship Safety and Ergonomics Specialist in Milano, Italy. The role focuses on improving safety and ergonomics through procedures, risk management, training, data analysis, and site collaboration.

It offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and opportunities for a thesis project. You will assist in redacting procedures, conducting technical safety trainings, analyzing HSE data, and deploying risk-based processes

Competenze

• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Very good knowledge of Office and database management.
• Comprehensive knowledge about Safety regulation, related standards and best practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Redacting Corporate Procedures and implementing Ergonomics Risk reduction programs.
• Conducting training sessions on Technical Safety matters.
• Analyzing HSE-related data and supporting Pirelli sites in adopting technical and organizational validated solutions using digital tools.
• Deploying Risk Assessment-driven processes.
• Developing a structured approach to identify, classify and monitor Serious Injury & Fatality events (SIF) for continuous safety improvements.

• Deploying Risk Assessment‑driven processes.

The internship may also offer the opportunity to carry out an experimental thesis on the topic. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
