ABB in Lombardia cerca un Team Lead R&D per guidare progetti di sviluppo tecnologico e creare soluzioni innovative in collaborazione con team interni ed esterni.

La posizione richiede esperienza in ingegneria elettromeccanica, conoscenza di CAD 2D/3D e ottime capacità comunicative in italiano ed inglese. Il ruolo prevede responsabilità di documentazione, reporting e gestione di progetti con focus sulla IP e sul rischio.

Competenze

• Conoscenze avanzate di elettricità e ingegneria meccanica
• Esperienza 2-5 anni ingegneria elettromeccanica
• Capacità di progettazione elettrico/meccanico partendo da foglio bianco

• Proporre e implementare sviluppi tecnologici.

R&D Team Lead

Your Role And Responsibilities

You will will have the opportunity to propose and implement technology development and solutions. In this position, you will execute product development tasks using your technical expertise.

Everyday, you will perform a variety of technology/engineering assignments, recognizing problems and providing input on solutions.

Role

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:

• Keeping up to date with strategic plans and performing activities in line with the current direction.
• Documenting work and contributing to written reports.
• Contributing your own creative ideas to R&D projects and proposing follow-up activities based on project results.
• Gathering information about ABB products and technologies and developing an understanding of technical drivers and customer value.
• Providing consulting services to business operations and customers.
• Participating in working teams and offering assistance to co-workers, as well as consulting team members and colleagues to gain information and knowledge.
• Working to recognize the importance of intellectual property in industry and the advantage of ABB's patents relevant to your own area of research, as well as to grasp risk management in R&D projects.

Qualifications For The Role

• You are highly skilled in knowledge of electricity and its effects (thermal, dielectric, mechanical stresses) mechanical/material engineering and the electrical and/or mechanical market.
• You have 2-5 years of experience in electromechanical engineering, working/studying preferably as designer/engineer with electromechanical products.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge 2D CAD and 3D CAD system (preferably SolidWorks). Reading capability of simple electrical diagram. Capability of electrical/mechanical design solution starting from plain white paper.
• You are innovative around solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Degree in technical fields preferably Electrical or Mechanical.
• You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Compensation Package

As part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position:

Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico

Minimum annual salary: € 39.000,00

Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus

The offer will be tailored based on your role location, experience, skills and qualifications, internal market positioning and alignment with ABB internal standards.
