WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

You will collaborate with your tutor in:

• Supporting the design, execution, and localization of digital training content tailored to different markets and audiences (clients and internal sales teams).
• Collaborating with international and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of training programs.
• Managing and updating the online training platforms, including the e-learning portal and mobile training app.
• Experimenting innovative formats such as videos, podcasts, and live sessions to enhance learner engagement.
• Monitoring and reporting on KPIs, analyzing data to assess training performance and recommend improvements.
• Adapting complex technical content into engaging and understandable materials for training purposes.
• Preparing impactful and well-structured PowerPoint presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners.
