Job summary

Pirelli & C. S.p.A. invites you to join the Finance Transformation team at its HQ in Italy for an internship focused on AI and data analytics. You'll develop performance dashboards, KPIs, and analytical models to measure adoption and impact of digital finance solutions.

You will explore AI tools like Copilot, work with SAP, Serrala, and Tungsten, and gain exposure to enterprise platforms while supporting automation and reporting initiatives within an international environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science or other STEM disciplines.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Python for data analysis or automation.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar analytics tools is considered a plus.
• Analytical mindset and good communication skills with a proactive mindset
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence, digital technologies, process improvement, and Finance Transformation.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining KPI dashboards and performance cockpits using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools.
• Analyzing operational and process data to monitor adoption, performance, and business impact of Finance Transformation initiatives.
• Using AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and other generative AI solutions, to support analysis, reporting, and knowledge sharing.
• Designing performance measurement frameworks and translating data into clear insights for business stakeholders and management.
• Supporting process improvement and automation initiatives across Finance processes.
• Gaining exposure to enterprise platforms such as SAP, Serrala, and Tungsten, and understanding how global transformation programs are designed, measured, and implemented.

DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

You will join the Finance Transformation team within the Group Process area in our HQ, getting exposure with the Head of Finance Transformation. The role focuses on supporting Operational Excellence initiatives through the development of performance cockpits, KPI frameworks, and analytical models used to measure the adoption and effectiveness of digital finance solutions. You will also explore how AI and digital tools can improve analysis, reporting, automation, and decision‑making across the Finance organization. This internship offers hands‑on experience in real transformation projects within an international environment.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

You will collaborate with your tutor in:
