Lamborghini cerca brillanti stagisti per supportare il Training Center presso Sant’Agata Bolognese. Il ruolo prevede formazione pratica in ambito manufacturing e sviluppo di programmi di training in un contesto internazionale.
Il tirocinio di 6 mesi offre on-boarding strutturato, formazione continua e possibilità di crescita professionale, con programma ibrido e indennità mensile. Requisiti: laurea magistrale in ingegneria e ottima conoscenza di italiano e inglese.
Competenze
- Fluente italiano e inglese, il tedesco è un plus.
- Iscritto/a o neolaureato/a magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale, Meccanica, Automobilistica o settore correlato.
- Abilità analitiche, orientamento agli obiettivi e proattività.
Mansioni
- Supportare lo staff Lamborghini nel Training Center (Manufacturing Services).
- Contribuire alla definizione e all'organizzazione di nuovi training.
- Gestire attività di formazione virtuale, onboarding e training di processo.

Il processo di selezione sarà interamente gestito Lamborghini.
Are you enrolled/fresh graduated in a master’s degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related fields? Do you speak fluent Italian and English? Do you have good organizational and communication skills? Are you eager to learn? We are looking for brilliant candidates with a strong passion for the Automotive sector and the right motivation to take on a 6-month Internship in a dynamic and international context based in our Training Center Department (Manufacturing Services) at our Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters. The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in:
- Virtual Training Assembly
- On-boarding Training path for production operators
- Processes Training (eg. Takt-Time, 5S, ...)
- Technical and Safety trainings
- Definition and organization of new trainings
- MUNER University lectures organization and management
- Continuous improvements, update and optimization of trainings
In order to meet these targets, you will need:
- Fluent Italian and English, German will be a plus
- Enrolled/Fresh graduated in a Master's degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related fields
- Analytical Skills
- Target oriented
- Proactive attitude
- Team working
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of 3D CAD system will be a plus
You will find:
