Volkswagen Group in Sant’Agata Bolognese seeks brilliant interns for the Training Center Department (Manufacturing Services) to support staff involved in training at the Lamborghini campus.

Responsibilities include virtual training assembly, onboarding, process and safety trainings, plus organization of MUNER lectures and training optimizations. Hybrid format with monthly allowance offered.

Competenze

• Enrolled/fresh graduate in a Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related fields.
• Fluent Italian and English; German a plus.
• Analytical skills, target oriented and proactive attitude.
• Team collaboration and clear communication abilities.
• Knowledge of 3D CAD systems is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support Lamborghini staff in Virtual Training Assembly and onboarding paths.
• Contribute to Processes Training (e.g., takt-time, 5S) and safety trainings.
• Define and organize new trainings and coordinate MUNER University lectures.
• Assist in continuous improvement, updates and optimization of trainings.

Are you enrolled/fresh graduated in a master’s degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related fields?

Do you speak fluent Italian and English?

We are looking for brilliant candidates with a strong passion for the Automotive sector and the right motivation to take on a 6-month Internship in a dynamic and international context based in our Training Center Department (Manufacturing Services) at our Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters.

The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in:

• Virtual Training Assembly
• On-boarding Training path for production operators
• Processes Training (eg. Takt-Time, 5S, ...)
• Technical and Safety trainings
• Definition and organization of new trainings
• MUNER University lectures organization and management
• Continuous improvements, update and optimization of trainings

In Order To Meet These Targets, You Will Need

• Fluent Italian and English, German will be a plus
• Enrolled/Fresh graduated in a Master's degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related fields
