A leading luxury hospitality group in Fiesole is looking for an Accounting Intern to provide essential support to their financial team. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in accounting or finance, with strong attention to detail and communication skills. Responsibilities include assisting in accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and participating in financial planning. The internship spans 6 months and offers benefits such as life insurance and online training.

The Accounting Intern will be a fundamental support for the Corporate financial team based in Fiesole (FI). If you are an enthusiastic and motivated individual, who’s keen on learning and growing in the accounting team of an important luxury group, this is the chance to make your moment!

Responsibilities

• Assist in accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Process invoices for payment and reconcile vendor statements
• Perform general accounting duties as assigned, including journal entries and general ledger analysis
• Assist in month-end close activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and accruals
• Participate in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for management
• Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting team as needed

Requirements

• Current enrolled or recent graduation from an accredited university, pursuing a degree in accounting, finance or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for the leisure, travel and tourism industry
• Fluency in both Italian and English
