Boehringer Ingelheim in Milan invites recent graduates in financial economics or management engineering to join its Finance team. This 6-month curricular internship offers hands-on experience across Finance processes and the chance to participate in the Finance Academy and language platform.

You will gain exposure to Financial Accounting & Controlling, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop broader business partnering skills with SAP and Excel tools, with potential extension.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics or Management Engineering.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Native level of Italian and good knowledge of English.
• Excellent team working, collaboration, and communication skills.
• An agile and adaptable mindset, ready to take on different challenges and company needs.
• A proactive attitude towards finding and proposing solutions for challenges and changes.

THE INTERNSHIP

Tasks & what you will be learning:

• Hands‑on experience across a variety of Finance processes, including investment (CAPEX) management, tax‑related activities, account reconciliations and period‑end closing activities
• Gain practical experience in Financial Accounting & Controlling, while broadening your understanding of the wider Finance organization and its business partnering activities
• Access to our Finance Academy and professional development tools, including the language learning platform
• A chance to build strong internal networks and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics or Management Engineering
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
