Kraft Heinz in Milan is offering a 6-month internship in the Finance Department for new graduates or Master’s students. You will join a passionate team, own projects, and work with senior leadership on day-to-day challenges.

The role focuses on monthly performance, reporting, and planning activities. You’ll gain real business experience and participate in tailored training within a dynamic, international environment. Start in October 2026.

Competenze

• Recent graduate or Master’s student in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• High level of commitment and analytical thinking.

• Fluent in English and Italian.

• Track monthly performance with Sales, Marketing and Demand Planning.

This is an amazing opportunity for a hardworking New Graduate/Master's student, interested in making a difference at Kraft Heinz! The position will be part of the Finance Department in Milan, where you will join a passionate team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. • Controlling the monthly performance together with Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning teams.
• Company results reporting: crafting and maintaining the reporting tools.
• Participating in the AOP (Annual Operating Plan) creation for the Business Unit.
• Participating in weekly meetings with the Finance Team.
• Report actual results and forecasts, analyses variations.
• Implement and continuously improve internal controls to ensure accurate reporting and proper safeguarding of company performance.

What we expect from you

• Recently graduated or currently enrolled in a university course (Master’s Degree), preferably with an academic background in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• High level of commitment and analytical thinking
• Strong communication skills and independent way of working
• Good command of MS office, especially Excel.
• Proficient in English and Italian languages
• EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) is required in order to proceed for this position.
