CIAS Elettronica S.r.l. is seeking a Technical Service Specialist to provide remote and on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and post-sales consulting across Italy and international markets. The role includes training, pre-sales collaboration, and close work with Sales, R&D, and Technical Marketing.

The ideal candidate has several years in technical service, fluent English, and a degree in electronics or related fields, with willingness to travel up to 25%. Hybrid working model is offered.

Competenze

• Several years of professional experience in technical service or field service.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Mansioni

• Provide remote and on-site technical support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose issues and implement effective solutions for CIAS security systems.
• Deliver technical training and product demonstrations for pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Support Sales in Italy and international markets with technical input.
• Collaborate with R&D and Technical Marketing to improve products and processes.
• Represent CIAS at trade shows, seminars, and events.
• Ensure continual improvement of support processes and customer satisfaction.
