Job summary

Four Corners is recruiting a senior commercial leader for a Design Company role focused on expanding the customer base, entering international markets, and growing the Hospitality/Contract channel. The candidate will drive performance, lead sales teams and agent networks within a structured, data‑driven organization.

The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership experience, a track record of expanding markets, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
• +10 years of sales experience including leadership of sales networks and in-house sales offices.
• Senior leadership experience as part of a management team with direct accountability for results.
• Background in ceramics, wallcoverings or high-end furniture/design sectors.
• Experience managing B2B distribution through dealers and agents with a large, fragmented customer base.
• Track record in acquiring new customers and opening new markets or channels.
• Experience in Contract/Hospitality channel in Italy and abroad.
• Comfort with KPIs, CRM, forecasts and structured control systems.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to company strategy, budget and commercial policy as part of the Management Team.
• Own the commercial turnaround plan and its execution.
• Lead the sales function, integrating in-house and external networks with shared procedures.
• Set objectives for the sales team, review performance and develop people.
• Deliver revenue, margin and customer targets agreed with the MD.
• Manage a fragmented B2B customer portfolio focusing on retention and acquisition.
• Develop network of agents and dealers in Italy and abroad.
• Identify new markets, geographies and channels and grow Hospitality/Contract business.
• Prepare sales budgets and forecasts and report monthly using CRM insights.
• Collaborate with Style Office, Marketing, Operations, Production, Logistics and Administration.
