Job summary

Vetoquinol Global in Forlì, Emilia-Romagna, Italy, seeks a Financial Business Partner on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work in a complex, international matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial and management reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyse costs, risks, provisions and variances.
• Provide data analysis and insights to support business decisions.
• Use ERP and CRM tools and Power BI dashboards.
• Apply financial policies and internal control frameworks.
• Support audits and related improvement plans.
• Collaborate with finance and non-finance stakeholders, locally and internationally.
