Job summary

FURLA is seeking a Business Controller to oversee financial operations for the Emilia-Romagna perimeter. You will monitor sales, P&L, and inventory, deliver periodic management reports, and support strategic decisions with insightful financial analysis.

You will collaborate with IT to improve reporting tools, work with Sales and Heads of functions, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting. A Bachelor’s in Finance and 5–7 years in finance are expected; strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

Responsible for periodic reporting activities (Sales, P&L) to be shared with major stakeholders.
Work with the Business, assessing ongoing and future performances and supporting strategic decision making; liaise with Functional Heads to review reporting from Sales through EBITDA.
Act as main contact between the Business and the Controlling Team.
Key player in the Budget and Forecast process.
Monitor and control finished goods inventory.
Prepare and analyze management reporting.
Collaborate with IT to correct, improve, and refine reporting tools and processes.
