Fendi is seeking an Industrial Audit Associate to join the WW Internal Control team, focusing on continuous monitoring of the supply chain in line with regulatory and group requirements. The role reports to the WW Internal Control Sr. Manager and involves risk-based auditing across the organization.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Economics or Management, 3–5 years of audit experience, and fluent English with Italian as a plus. Travel within Italy is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Management or related field.
• Fluent English required; Italian a strong plus.
• 3–5 years of audit experience, ESG/CSR audits a plus.
• Proficient in data analysis and analytics tools (Excel) and presentations (PowerPoint).

Mansioni

• Ensure a risk-based auditing process.
• Oversee external audit firms and define audit scopes.
• Monitor and adapt the audit plan with other brands.
• Analyze audit results and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Maintain communication with Industrial Divisions and other brands.
• Provide timely reporting to the Group via Allegro.
• Support preparation of internal periodic reports.
