Ferragamo is seeking an Internal Auditor to join the Group Internal Audit team based in Florence. You will provide independent assurance on internal control effectiveness and risk management, contributing to governance and performance improvements.

The role involves developing the annual audit plan, conducting audits across domains, reviewing controls, and reporting findings to management. Extensive travel is required, with a permanent contract and a competitive salary.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required and relevant
• 3+ years in internal control or related field
• Knowledge of IPPF and IIA Standards is preferred
• Willingness for extensive overseas travel

Mansioni

• Support development and execution of the Annual Internal Audit Plan.
• Plan and deliver audits across operational, financial, IT and compliance areas.
• Assess internal controls and risk management; map processes and review key transactions.
• Prepare and present audit reports with findings, root causes and recommendations.
• Monitor corrective actions and perform follow-up with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with functions and subsidiaries to strengthen controls and drive improvements
