Fendi Italia Srl in Bagno a Ripoli, Italy, seeks a senior ESG Risk Auditor to join the Purchasing, RM Quality Control & Sustainability office. You will lead the continuous production control process at supplier and manufacturer sites and execute the audit plan to identify threats to compliance and reputation.

You will coordinate with industrial teams, external auditors, and LVMH sister brands to elevate ESG practices and drive monitoring strategies through on‑site field checks and stakeholder

Competenze

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
• 4–5 years of experience in the same role in a company or consulting firm with ESG risk knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office; analytics tools (Power BI) is a plus.
• Organizational and programming skills are appreciated.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Good relational skills.
• Accuracy in work and reporting.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Mansioni

• Lead and support in improving the Risk & Audit Practice in Fendi Industrial division.
• Support ESG practices and supply chain maturity, including Environment and Governance.
• Provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders and top management.
• Create value during audits and guide business partners on improvements.
• Perform quality reviews and co-audits to maintain high standards.
• Coordinate with Industrial teams and external audit firms to engage suppliers for higher ESG compliance.
• Relate to the Industrial Risk Management committee and develop monitoring strategies.
• "On the field" production checks of work orders for the industrial division.
• Collaborate with sister brands of LVMH to develop synergies.
