Fendi Italia Srl in Lazio, Roma area is seeking an Industrial Audit Associate to join the WW Internal Control team, focusing on continuous monitoring of the FENDI supply chain in line with regulatory, Maison and Group requirements.

The role requires a bachelor’s in Economics or Management, 3–5 years audit experience with ESG/CSR audits a plus, strong data analysis skills (Excel, PowerPoint), and willingness to travel within Italy.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Management.
• 3–5 years of relevant audit experience.
• Experience in ESG/CSR audits is a plus.
• Proficient in data analysis and analytics tools and presentations.

Mansioni

• Ensure a risk-based approach to auditing.
• Oversee external audit firms, define scope for special audits.
• Coordinate audit plan with Sister Brands and adapt as needed.
• Analyze audit results and drive follow-up actions.
• Maintain continuous exchange with Industrial Divisions and Sister Brands.
• Report to Group via Allegro and support internal periodic reports.
