Bidachem is seeking an intern to support internal communications at our Fornovo San Giovanni site. You will help across Production, Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain, shaping editorial content and events for diverse audiences in a regulated manufacturing environment.

You will co-create initiatives, participate in cross-functional teams, and learn to translate technical topics into clear content. 6‑month internship with hands-on learning and site exposure.

Formación

• University degree in Communication or related field.
• Native level of Italian and fluent English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Interest in digital and social media.
• Willingness to work on site in Fornovo San Giovanni.

Responsabilidades

• Build analyses of internal communication reach and engagement.
• Support development of communication plans and site events.
• Create content for articles, newsletters, presentations, speeches and other materials.
• Develop visual assets such as slides, infographics and signage.
• Support on-site channels like digital screens and noticeboards.
• Contribute ideas to safety, quality culture and sustainability campaigns.
• Assist with internal digital platforms (Viva Engage, intranet, Teams).
• Co-create formats for internal communication to showcase people and work.
