Job description

By joining the Bidachem team, you will experience internal communication at the heart of a chemical manufacturing site, connecting Production, Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain teams.

As an intern, you will support internal communication activities, site events, multichannel planning and editorial content, gaining hands‑on experience in communicating with diverse audiences across a regulated manufacturing environment.

You will have the chance to co‑create initiatives, events and communication plans, and to contribute directly to their implementation. Within your internship you will join cross‑functional teams and international hybrid meetings, sharing and learning from colleagues in other functions and countries. You will also learn how to translate complex technical, quality and safety topics into clear, engaging content for a diverse site population.

Tasks & what you will be learning:
  • Build analyses of internal communication reach and engagement, supporting the measurement of campaign effectiveness across site channels.
  • Support the development of communication plans, campaign toolkits and the organization of site events — town halls, leadership round tables, celebrations and employee engagement moments.
  • Create and adapt communication content for different channels and audiences, including articles, news stories, newsletters, presentations, speeches and other editorial materials.
  • Develop visual communication assets such as slides, infographics, images, digital signage and video content to support site communication initiatives.
  • Support the management of on‑site communication channels, including digital screens, noticeboards and shop‑floor formats designed to reach colleagues without regular desk access.
  • Be part of the strategic creative process, contributing ideas and helping shape engaging communication campaigns — with particular focus on safety, quality culture and sustainability topics.
  • Support the implementation of internal digital and social collaboration platforms (Viva Engage, intranet, Teams communities).
  • Co‑create original formats for internal communication, giving visibility to the people and the work behind our products.
Requirements:
  • University Degree preferably in Communication, Journalism, Marketing or related areas (Master in Communication or Social Media Management is a plus).
  • Languages: Native level of Italian and Fluent English.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong passion for Digital and social media.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Any knowledge of internal communication / event organization / video and visual storytelling is considered a plus.
  • Out‑of‑the‑box thinking and team playing.
  • Genuine interest in industrial and manufacturing environments.
  • Willingness to work on site in Fornovo San Giovanni and to spend time on the shop floor with production teams.
What we offer:
  • 6‑months curricular/extracurricular internship with the possibility of extension.
  • Monthly expenses reimbursement of €1,000 with free access to the company canteen.
  • A range of benefits for your physical and mental health.
  • Support to develop your own professional and personal path that will guide you through our full range of development programs including platforms to learn foreign languages and attend professional courses.
  • Constant support and interaction with our specialists and managers.

We warmly welcome applications from candidates belonging to protected categories, in accordance with Law 68/99.

We foster a workplace built on respect, trust, and empathy—free from discrimination. We are powered by our people, and we believe that our differences are our strengths. Everyone is valued, respected and empowered to be themselves.
