Baker Hughes Company in Firenze, Italy offers an internship program for engineering students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. You will gain hands-on experience in emissions reduction market analysis, customer engagement, and project tracking while working with Sales, Marketing and Engineering teams.

You will be mentored by a buddy and manager, with coaching on HS&E culture, and a pathway toward hands-on career development in decarbonization and energy transition technologies.

Competenze

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering.
• Interest in decarbonization and energy transition technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; team oriented.

Mansioni

• Support market analysis to identify opportunities for emissions reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Develop knowledge of Emissions Abatement solutions and rotating equipment technologies.
• Assist Sales teams during early-stage customer engagements and opportunity development activities.
• Perform data collection, processing, and analysis of commercial and technical information.
• Support management and updating of opportunity tracking tools and project databases.
• Contribute to the development of business metrics and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations teams on market sizing and forecasting activities.
• Support proposal preparation and business reporting activities.
