SBM Offshore seeks an Insurance Specialist to safeguard insurable risks across offshore energy projects worldwide. You will manage and support insurance solutions for construction, operations and corporate risks, coordinating renewals with brokers and claims consultants.

You will work with SBM Offshore’s Ocean Infrastructure and other lines, provide contract risk reviews, and ensure compliance with global insurance policies; a multilingual, proactive professional will thrive here.

Competenze

3–7 years of insurance, legal or claims handling experience.
Experience in oil and gas, offshore construction or energy sectors.
Excellent communication skills and ability to develop internal relationships with SBM Offshore.

Mansioni

Advise and implement insurance solutions to manage construction, operational and corporate risks worldwide.
Provide legal advice on insurance matters to the Win & Grow business line and support contract negotiations.
Liaise with different roles to educate on insurance requirements and develop online learning/reference material.
Provide accurate, timely contractual risk reviews related to indemnity, liability and insurance clauses.
Collate underwriting information and inform relevant disciplines on insurance costs in bids and projects.
Provide timely claims handling for SBM Group including vessels, property, P&I, Loss of Hire and third‑party claims.
Collaborate with brokers to maximize recoveries under all policies and ensure compliance with global policies.
