SBM Offshore seeks a Supply Chain Manager to act as the ambassador of Supply Chain within a designated area. You will translate the group SC strategy into operational plans, supervise execution, manage the department budget, and determine subcontracting needs.

You will align with discipline managers, optimize staffing resources, and ensure stakeholders are informed of project developments while fostering vendor relationships and compliance with local regulations in the oil and gas sector.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain management, with at least 5 years in oil and gas or similar industry.

Mansioni

• Staffing: allocate resources to projects/operations in the area/location.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain discipline managers to develop staffing plans and ensure workload coverage.
• Coordinate with other regions to identify staffing opportunities and optimizations.
• Ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders and regular project updates.
• Support project execution by aligning with discipline managers to anticipate actions and requirements.
• Promote and implement Group Supply Chain processes and tools across the region.
