Job summary

Campari Group today is seeking a Senior Insurance Management Specialist in Italy to support the corporate insurance program and local contracts. You will coordinate with brokers, insurers, and internal teams to ensure accurate processing of contracts, claims, and loss-prevention activities.

The role reports to the Insurance Management Manager and requires hands-on insurance knowledge, strong English, and cross-functional collaboration across Finance, HR, and Operations to align with group

Qualifications

• Min 5 years in the Insurance Industry or insurance management in an international company.
• Degree in Economics or Law is a plus and English fluency required.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage local Italian policy contracts and group programs.
• Handle Health & Accident policies for events/projects and daily broker activities.
• Support contract reviews, claims processing, and loss-prevention coordination.
• Liaise with internal clients and external insurers to deliver timely solutions.
