Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical, scientific, economic or humanities disciplines.
Professional experience in innovation management, digital transformation or technology-driven projects, ideally in consulting and luxury sector exposure.

Responsibilities

Identify and assess emerging technologies (AI, Generative AI, algorithms, immersive solutions) and their business relevance.
Own and deliver a portfolio of innovation projects from ideation to roll-out (content, algorithms, clienteling).
Lead pilots and scale successful solutions into product art direction and customer experience.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across business, digital, product, tech partners, startups and consultancies.
Translate complexity into actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
Foster an innovation and AI-driven culture and share best practices across the organization.
