Arup in Milan is seeking infrastructure and energy engineering graduates passionate about strategy and investments to join our award‑winning team. You will work on technical/ESG due diligence to inform lenders, buyers or sellers, and develop quantitative skills including data handling and financial/economic modelling.

The successful candidate will support the growth of the group, gain professional growth, and collaborate across Italy and international offices, with opportunities in both public

Competenze

• A relevant engineering degree, or equivalent experience with infrastructure projects including transport, social infrastructures, utilities and data centres.
• 0 to 3 years of post-graduation experience and track record in commercial or transaction due diligences in the infrastructure sector.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of both Excel and PowerPoint.
• You are fluent in Italian and both written and spoken English.

Mansioni

• Assist with project management tasks, with increasing responsibility over time.
• Conduct research and analysis, contributing directly to key project insights.
• Build deep sector expertise through hands‑on experience and structured learning.
• Support client‑facing tasks, working towards client interaction.
• Work on process improvement and development.
• Collaborate with teams both in Italy and internationally, working closely with technical experts and collaborating with colleagues based in other offices across global projects.
