Arup in Milan is seeking a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join our globally connected team. This is a unique entry point to work on major international projects while developing your technical and professional skills.

You will support infrastructure and structural groups, plan ground investigations, and contribute to modelling and reporting, with mentorship from senior engineers and access to Arup's knowledge networks.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent (to be acquired this year).
• Plan to obtain membership with a relevant professional body (Ordine degli Ingegneri).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive learning mindset.
• Experience with finite element analyses is desirable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Mansioni

• Support infrastructure and structural teams on national and international projects.
• Plan, supervise and report ground investigations with accurate data collection.
