Be | Shaping the Future Poland is seeking an Infrastructure Deputy Team Lead to guide strategy, engineering, and operations for our enterprise compute environment. You will lead virtualization, server platforms, automation, and disaster recovery, while mentoring teams and driving modernization across on-prem and hybrid infrastructures.

Competenze

• 10+ years in enterprise infrastructure environments.
• 5+ years leading infrastructure engineering or operations teams.
• Strong experience with VMware, Linux, Windows Server, and enterprise compute platforms.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, Python).
• Experience managing critical production environments and major incidents.
• Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Mansioni

• Own the strategy, architecture, and technology roadmap.
• Lead engineering and operations across VMware, Linux, Windows Server, and physical server environments.
• Drive platform modernization, automation, standardization, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure high availability, performance, capacity planning, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Lead major incident resolution and support production environments.
• Manage infrastructure KPIs, SLAs, operational risk, and service governance.
• Oversee vendor relationships, service reviews, and infrastructure costs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering and operations teams.
• Support cloud adoption and hybrid infrastructure initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement, Infrastructure-as-Code adoption, and operational efficiency.
