Avvale is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Leader to guide a team of professionals across multi-cloud and on‑premises environments. You will drive growth, engagement, and a balance between career aspirations and business needs while maintaining technical credibility.

You will mentor, evaluate, and develop team members, partnering with Service and Delivery Managers to align priorities. The role emphasizes inclusive leadership and international collaboration.

• Experience leading infrastructure teams and managing performance reviews.
• Proven ability to define development plans and coach staff.
• Strong recruitment, interviewing and onboarding skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an empathetic leadership style.
• Fluent English in an international environment.
