Deel is seeking an Infrastructure Tech Lead to shape the core platform used by hundreds of engineers daily. You’ll guide technical direction, design scalable infrastructure, and remain hands-on with architecture and code to enable rapid, global service provisioning and secure operations.

You’ll lead incident response, automate provisioning, drive edge routing, and evolve the observability stack, collaborating with DevOps, DBAs, InfoSec, and product engineering to align on goals.

Competenze

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years focused on infrastructure (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps).
• 2+ years as a technical lead with distributed, cross-timezone teams.

• Shape roadmap and act as technical lead for infrastructure.
