Deel is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Tech Lead in Rimini to guide scalable platform design and drive critical architecture decisions. You will stay hands-on with code, while shaping the roadmaps for performance, reliability, and observability.

Competenze

• Over a decade of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years focusing on infrastructure (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes).
• 2+ years as a technical lead with distributed teams.
• Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures (Kafka, NATS).
• Kubernetes architecture and platform primitives experience.
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and scaling within platforms.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Mansioni

• Design and lead scalable infrastructure patterns and primitives on Kubernetes.
• Shape roadmap and act as technical lead balancing architecture, delivery, and DX.
• Lead incident response, automate toil, and reduce noise with engineering solutions.
• Automate provisioning, database setups, and environment registrations for rapid deployments.
• Drive edge routing, traffic management, and migrations of large-scale workloads.
• Oversee secrets management and security posture, including zero-downtime rotations.
• Evolve observability with OpenTelemetry and scalable logging.
• Collaborate with DevOps, DBA, InfoSec, and product engineering to align goals.
• Represent infra domain in architectural discussions and resolve multi-team challenges.
