Pulse Advertising in Milano is seeking an entry-level Influencer Marketing Assistant to help plan and run campaigns across multiple markets and client verticals.

You will support the Influencer Marketing team from development to execution, research potential influencers, craft proposals, manage influencer communications, and help with briefings, creative ideas, negotiations and final reporting. Fluency in Italian and English and a hands-on, proactive mindset are essential.

• 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media or digital marketing.
• Fluent in Italian and excellent command of English.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign KPI data.
• Hands-on, proactive team player with a can-do attitude.

Plan and execute Influencer Marketing campaigns.

• Entry-level (1-2 years)

Your tasks

• You support the Influencer Marketing team from the development to the execution of successful Influencer Marketing campaigns across multiple markets and client verticals
• You research and identify influencers based on relevant performance and audience KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• You support the development of influencer marketing proposals, identifying influencers, content formats and KPIs best suited to each client's objectives
• You manage communication with influencers and independently create briefings
• You collaborate with the team to develop creative campaign ideas and content concepts
• You own influencer negotiation and contracting, and compile final campaign reporting with actionable insights for clients

• You bring around 1-2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field, ideally gained agency-side or brand-side
• You are an absolute team player and distinguish yourself through your hands-on mentality, working confidently and autonomously in managing your tasks
• You take on new challenges with motivation, positivity and a proactive approach
• You are fluent in Italian and have an excellent command of English
• You have an analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting data and campaign KPIs, and are familiar with Excel
