Prada Group in Milano is seeking a Talent Relations Specialist to manage and execute influencer campaigns, oversee event dressing coordination, and handle product seedings and event logistics. You will ensure performance tracking and insightful reporting to optimise influencer partnerships.

The role involves coordinating show-dressing guidelines, organising influencer events, developing seedings packaging, and maintaining supplier relationships.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in influencer or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of developing, executing and optimising influencer campaigns.
• Experience in building performance reports and analysing KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently on multiple projects.

• Oversee show-dressing guidelines with internal teams and support orders and deliveries.
• Organise pre- and post-show events with influencers.
• Develop packaging for all influencer seedings.
• Manage product orders for influencer seedings.
• Support influencer activations across product categories.
• Develop reports on influencer activities.
• Register current and new external suppliers.
• Support invoicing processes for external partners.
• Identify new influencer profiles matching the brand DNA.
• Support logistics for influencer events and creative trips.
