Atlas Copco BLM is seeking an Industrialization Manager to ensure robust product industrialization, strengthen the R&D-Operations interface, and improve manufacturing readiness before ramp-up. You will drive lean initiatives and digital transformation (PLM, MES) with direct impact on quality, cost and competitiveness.
You will lead and develop the Industrialization team, collaborate with R&D, Production, Supply Chain and Quality, and report to the Operations Manager.
Your role
Atlas Copco BLM designs and manufactures complex electromechanical systems, where industrial performance depends on effective coordination between product design and manufacturing processes. In this context, the Industrialization Manager ensures robust product industrialization, strengthens the interface between R&D and Operations, and improves manufacturing readiness before ramp-up. The role also drives the evolution of the Industrialization function toward a more structured and proactive model, contributing to process efficiency, lean initiatives and digital transformation (PLM, MES), with direct impact on quality, cost and competitiveness.
You will report to Operations Manager.

Job classification: White-collar employee, Level Quadro8, National Collective Agreement for the Metalworking Industry – Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (PMI)
Compensation: starting salary for the relevant pay range from €54,000 gross per year, plus variable compensation and a collective profit-sharing bonus. The overall compensation package offered will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, internal pay equity, level of responsibility, and the experience and skills of the selected candidate.
