Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Experience with industrialization in electrification markets is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in multicultural teams and in English/Italian.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across the product life cycle and coordinate multi-location teams.
• Manage project cost, scheduling and objectives within a global organization.
• Ensure customer value understanding and manage expectations.
• Communicate change requests and identify risks clearly.
• Manage product changes and align with the ABB gate model.
• Transfer new products from development to operations with full documentation.
