Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Toscana, Italy seeks a Director of Industrial Controlling LG BU to lead planning, cost control, and reporting across all plants. You will partner with the Industrial Director, drive governance, and advance best practices in industrial controlling.

With 15+ years in industrial finance and a strong SAP/Power BI background, you will guide budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development while traveling 10–30% to plants as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business administration is required.
• 15+ years in manufacturing/industrial finance with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Establishes relationship with the Industrial Director of the LG Business Unit.
• Builds and leads a high-performing industrial controlling team with mentorship.
• Oversees month-end closings, cost center reporting and analysis across plants.
• Ensures standard cost structures, inventory valuation policies and asset management.
• Provides data-driven recommendations to BU leadership and Finance.
