Nissin Foods USA is seeking a maintenance technician responsible for modifying, repairing, maintaining and supporting machinery in the facility. The role covers mechanical, electrical, and control systems including PLC, HMI, servo drives and other related automation to ensure safety and product quality.

You will work with contractors, perform preventive maintenance, keep schematics updated, and support production lines with robotics and automation.

Competenze

• BS in Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering or 5 years’ experience in similar position.
• Experience with high-volume automated production equipment.
• Knowledge of PLC programming and HMI.

Mansioni

• Electrical troubleshooting and repair of production machinery.
• Maintain up-to-date equipment schematics and documentation.
• Support automated assembly machines and production lines with robotics.
• Back up PLC programs and device libraries.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Coordinate with contractors for special projects.
• Ensure safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
