Job summary

Richemont is seeking a Finance Controller to lead cost analysis and monthly closing processes in a luxury manufacturing environment in Italy. You will partner with production, quality, and R&D to ensure accurate month-end closing and meaningful cost insights.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, 5 years of controller experience or 2-3 years as auditor in a Big 4, and strong SAP FI/CO knowledge. Italian location with full-time employment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business/management or engineering with focus on finance/as management.
• 5 years of experience as Business and Industrial Controller in complex manufacturing environments and/or 2-3 years as Auditor in a Big 4.
• Strong understanding of cost elements across production to finished goods dispatch.
• Solid knowledge of P&L cost structure based on standard costs and deviations.
• Good proficiency with ERP systems (SAP FI/CO; SAP SEM) and BI tools; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Definition and analysis of product costs—materials, labour, overhead and variances.
• Monthly financial statements and stock analysis; provisions.
• Collaboration with Maison division on budget/forecast, sales, production, stock targets, and costs by Maison.
• Business partner for production, quality, R&D; ensure proper month-end closing definitions.
• Prepare focused analyses on cash flow drivers, balance sheet variations, and projects.
• Participate in live implementation of new financial flows.
