Job summary

Richemont seeks a Senior Accounting & Reporting Specialist to join our team in Milan, Italy. You will drive process improvements, ensure IFRS and Italian GAAP compliance for Richemont Group entities in Italy and Greece, and support timely financial closes.

You will collaborate with internal/external auditors, manage intercompany reconciliations, and contribute to standardized closing checklists and best practices across the group.

Qualifications

• Experience in IFRS and Italian GAAP reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders across entities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal control activities on reporting.
• Cooperate with internal and external auditors.
• Monitor intercompany reconciliations for reporting purposes.
• Perform accounting controls and reconciliations.
• Support accounting management of fixed assets and intangibles.
• Participate in process optimization and Group closing initiatives.
