Job summary

Richemont, a world leader in luxury, seeks Head of FP&A to drive financial performance across Italy and Greece. You will own end-to-end planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic decisions.

You will lead a 7-person team, partner with the Finance Director and regional leaders, promote standardization, automation, and robust reporting in a dynamic multi-entity environment. Master's degree and international experience preferred; SAP and BI tools knowledge

Qualifications

Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA certifications are advantageous.
10-15+ years in FP&A or Financial Controlling, with 7-8+ in senior roles in multinational environments.
Experience abroad to thrive in a dynamic European environment.
Proven record of driving financial performance and strategic decisions.
Experience in luxury, pharma, or consumer goods sectors preferred.
Leading finance transformation initiatives, including standardization and automation.
Experience leading high-performing multi-entity finance teams.
Knowledge of SAP; PowerBI/Tableau; Anaplan; Python preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead FP&A for Italy and Greece, directing budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Provide financial insights to support decision making for Maisons and supporting functions.
Manage a 7-person FP&A team, coaching and developing talent.
Partner with the Finance Director and regional leaders to drive profitability.
Drive continuous improvement, automation, and standardization in FP&A processes.
Ensure governance and alignment between business decisions and financial reporting.
