Job summary

Sidel is seeking a Masters-educated Automation/Electrical engineer to advance testing procedures for Filler equipment. You will define standard work, develop testing schedules and collaborate across Innovation, Engineering, and Production to drive reliable testing and production efficiency.

Qualifications

As part of the Industrial Engineering Team, you will shape testing procedures and tools for Filler equipment, working with teams across Innovation, Engineering, Customer Project Management and Production, as well as external partners. Your Mission

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably Automation or Electrical Engineering, or a similar discipline.


• Experience or knowledge in PLC programming, electrical design and automation tools such as TIA Portal, B&R Automation Studio and EPLAN P8.


• Programming knowledge in VB, Python, C++, Java or SQLite; proficiency in MS Office and Outlook. Power BI is a plus.


• Fluent written and spoken Italian and English; French is a plus.


• A curious, analytical and collaborative approach, with the ability to learn, investigate root causes and turn insights into practical improvements.
