Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in Monfalcone seeks an Industrial Engineer to maintain and improve manufacturing processes for safe, high-quality, cost-efficient production.

You will report to the Industrial Engineer Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead Lean initiatives, monitor KPIs, and optimize production planning.

Applicants should have 2+ years in industrial engineering in metal manufacturing, knowledge of SAP, and fluency in Italian and English (min. B2).

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as Industrial/Process Engineer in structured metal manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP.
• Knowledge of manufacturing cycles.
• Knowledge of Italian and English languages (min. B2 level).

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes, routings, and production standards.
• Perform time studies and production analyses to establish labor standards and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor manufacturing KPIs and identify opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and cost performance.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects across production activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, resource use, and production planning.
• Develop manufacturing documentation, ensuring process consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.
