You will lead Lean and continuous improvement across production and collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost productivity, quality, and cost performance in a nuclear environment.

You will perform time studies, monitor KPIs, and develop manufacturing documentation to ensure process consistency and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Industrial/Process Engineer experience in structured metal manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of manufacturing cycles.
• Italian and English language skills at least B2 level.
• Cross-functional collaboration and analytical problem-solving.

Responsabilités

• Define, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes, routings, and production standards.
• Perform time studies and production analyses to establish labor standards and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor manufacturing KPIs and identify opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and cost performance.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects across production activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, resource use, and production planning.
• Develop manufacturing documentation, ensuring process consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.
