Consea Group is seeking an Industrial Controller / Operations Business Partner to act as the finance and performance partner for Operations Leadership and the Managing Director, focusing on industrial controlling, productivity analysis and cost management.

The role aims to deliver a data-driven operating model through robust analysis, reporting and business partnering, developing KPIs, dashboards and analytical capabilities across production, QA and logistics.

Competenze

Degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.
8–12 years in industrial controlling, operations finance or operational excellence.
Experience in complex production or manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of labour productivity, workforce planning and cost analysis.
Experience with ERP systems and BI tools; Lean manufacturing familiarity.
Advanced Excel; Power BI or similar BI tools.

Mansioni

Partner with Operations Leadership to monitor and improve operational performance.
Analyse production processes, operational flows and efficiency improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain operational KPIs, productivity metrics and dashboards.
Analyse labour productivity, workforce utilization, working hours and cost drivers.
Support production planning through capacity analysis and insights.
Monitor production, warehouse and logistics costs and support cost control initiatives.
Support implementation of reporting tools, dashboards and performance management routines.
Collaborate with IT and business functions to improve data quality and reporting.
