Loacker is seeking an experienced Industrial Controller to advance product costing and cost transparency across production and supply chain. You will partner with Category Management, Engineering & Production to analyze costs and drive profitability in an international, family-owned company.

The role spans standard costing, KPI monitoring (OEE) and data-driven pricing, with opportunities for onboarding through the Loacker Academy and a company restaurant.

Competenze

• Degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in operations-related controlling in FMCG or similar industries.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Team-oriented, collaborative across departments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP ERP, and BI tools.
• Fluent in English; German is advantageous; Italian is a plus.

• Drive optimization of FMCG product cost structures and maintain accurate standard costing.
• Provide cost transparency through variance analyses and follow-up actions.
• Monitor production efficiency and KPI metrics (OEE, utilization).
• Identify cost drivers with Category Management and Engineering & Production.
• Enable data-driven pricing, portfolio and innovation decisions with cost information.
• Provide forward-looking analyses for strategic and operational decisions across product and supply chain.
• Partner with Category Management, Production and R&D to deliver financial insights.
