Ferragamo in the Western Milan area seeks an Industrial Controller / Operations Business Partner to lead industrial controlling, productivity analysis and KPI reporting. You will partner with Operations Leadership and the MD on performance matters, building a data-driven operating model through robust analysis and business partnering.

Competenze

• Degree in Management Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• 8–12 years of experience in industrial controlling, operations finance, or performance management.
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (Power BI preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills.

Mansioni

• Partner with Operations Leadership to monitor and improve operational performance.
• Develop and maintain operational KPIs, productivity metrics and dashboards.
• Analyse labour productivity, workforce utilization and cost drivers.
• Support production planning through capacity analysis and insights.
• Monitor costs across production, warehouse and logistics and support cost control.
• Implement reporting tools, dashboards and performance management routines.
• Collaborate with IT and business functions to improve data quality and reporting.
