Balmain is offering a 6‑month internship for an Industrial Controller based in Scandicci, Italy. You will analyze production costs and margins to improve profitability across the Accessories business, serving as a liaison between local operations and the central Finance team.

The role requires a degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering or related field, excellent Excel skills, and a proactive, growth‑oriented mindset. Less than 2 years of experience preferred.

• Pursuing or holding a degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Proactivity and willingness to learn and grow.

Mansioni

• Monitor and analyze margins and production costs to improve profitability.
• Support calculation and analysis of product costs.
• Check that flows of raw materials and finished products are accounted for in cost accounting.
• Interface with the Finance Department to ensure data reliability and support cost‑driven decisions.
• Explain financial analyses to operational teams in an educational way.
