Elemaster Group Electronic Technologies in Lombardy, Italy is seeking a Junior Industrial Controller to support the Group Controller and Senior Controller in cost accounting, profitability analysis, and financial reporting across manufacturing operations. You will interact with Production, Purchasing and Sales to support business improvements and reporting accuracy.

The role requires advanced Excel skills and good knowledge of ERP systems, plus English proficiency.

Formación

• 1–2 years of cost accounting and/or industrial controlling experience in a B2B manufacturing environment.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of ERP systems.
• Good command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly and weekly reports and analyze variances.
• Control warehouses and manage periodic inventory counts and internal audits.
• Compute quarterly profitability by customer/product and analyze variances from standard costs.
